Booking is available no sooner than 3-4 weeks in advance. A minimum of 4 hours is required to book any event. After 4 hours, a charge of the hourly fee (people) will added to invoice. 

Payments are initiated through invoicing. Tips are gladly appreciated & accepted via Apple Pay,Cash, Zelle & Cash App.

Starting 2/1/24, any non refundable deposit that is not paid within the 24 hr window of sent invoice, will inquire an additional one time $50 late fee. This will be added and an updated invoice will be sent. Invoice will be cancelled if unpaid. 

Deposits are nonrefundable. Events can be rescheduled up to a year from the booking date with original deposit.

A travel fee is added if the event is located outside of DMV.  This fee will be added and due at time of booking the non refundable deposit. This fee is also non refundable.  This is discussed via email/text with contract. 

Melanin Mixin only provides bar items, drink garnishes, cups, and cleaning items for bar use only. Alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and cleaning items for the event must be provided by the host.

50% nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event.

Upon Arrival, up too 1 hour is needed for set up. Break-down begins 30 minutes prior to end of event.
